New Cigs On The Market

A new type of cigarettes appeared on the market. These are not ordinary cigarettes, it’s electronic cigarettes. These e-cigarettes, also known as personal vaporizer, is a electronic device, powered from the built-in battery, that is an alternative to ordinary tobacco products e.g. cigars, cigarettes, pipes, etc. E-cigs provide smokers with vaporized solution of inhaled doses of nicotine. Almost all e-cigs can be reused and have replaceable and rechargeable parts.

Here is how these devices work:

When a person inhales air through the device, sensor detects the air flow and activates a special heating element to vaporize nicotine. LED on the other end of the electronic cigarette is activated when cigarette is in use. This LED is an indicator of usage of the electronic cigarette. On older models of e-cigs a person had to press a special button to activate the process of vaporizing a nicotine solution so it can be inhaled by this person.

Despite the large number of different forms of e-cigarettes, all types of electronic cigs generally consist of basic components, such as heating element, cartridge, sometimes called mouthpiece, rechargeable battery and electronic circuits.

As for the nicotine solutions, they can be bought separately for refilling cartridges. There are different types of nicotine solutions depending on the concentration of nicotine in the solution.

The influence of electronic cigarettes on the health is unknown and of course it depends on the concentration of nicotine.
